Licensed Wallet Database Jurisdiction: Malaysia (distinct from the Trustee’s place of incorporation)
Jurisdiction Wallet Account Database: Malaysia Jurisdiction Wallet Account Database, established and administered by or on behalf of CheckD Ltd as Trustee
Protector: HAT Community Foundation
Effective Date: 30 October 2026
CheckD Ltd is a UK-incorporated company acting as Network Licensee and Trustee. Malaysia is the Licensed Jurisdiction of the Wallet Database and trustee-custodied Wallet Accounts under this deed, not the jurisdiction of incorporation of CheckD Ltd. This deed does not apply to self-custodied Wallet Accounts.
Article 1 – Purpose
1.1 The purpose of this Trust Deed is to establish the trust framework governing the custody and administration of trustee-custodied Wallet Accounts established within the CheckD Wallet Network in the Licensed Jurisdiction of Malaysia, as part of the TruSignal Network.
1.2 This Trust Deed establishes:
(a) the Trust Property;
(b) the relationship between Trustees and Beneficiaries;
(c) the duties, powers and obligations of Trustees;
(d) the rights and beneficial interests of Beneficiaries in relation to trustee- custodied Wallet Accounts; and
(e) the constitutional framework for trustee custody within the TruSignal Network.
