This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, disclosed and otherwise processed in connection with the CheckD Wallet and your Wallet Account.

The CheckD Wallet enables Wallet Users to acquire, organise, authenticate, verify, present and share data through Badge Programmes within the TruSignal Network.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the processing of personal data in connection with the CheckD Wallet and your Wallet Account.

1.2 Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is issued by CheckD Ltd (formerly Dataswyft Network Ltd) (Company No. 15059243), whose registered office is at 75 Ermine Way, Arrington, Royston, England, SG8 0AG, acting in its capacity as the Network Licensee for the CheckD Wallet made available through the CheckD application.

For Wallet Accounts established through CheckD, the jurisdiction of your Wallet Account is Malaysia. Your Wallet Account is established, maintained and custodied in accordance with the laws applicable to Malaysia unless otherwise notified by the Network Licensee.

1.3 Relationship with CheckD

The CheckD Wallet is available through the CheckD application.

The CheckD application and the CheckD Wallet are related but separate services.

Your use of the CheckD application is governed by the CheckD Terms of Service and the CheckD Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the CheckD Wallet, your Wallet Account and the processing of personal data carried out in connection with the CheckD Wallet.
